An angel (lt. blue) of the Lord appeared unto the Virgin Mary (clear) and told her she would bear a son who would be born to show God’s love (red) and to forgive the sins (black) of all men. The baby was wrapped in swaddling clothes (white) and placed in a manger (brown). Wise men brought Him gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh (gold). Shepherds in their fields (green) rejoiced when they heard angels singing "Glory to God in the highest, and peace on earth!
